For merchants
Uninstalling stops active app access. Shopify sends mandatory privacy webhooks, including shop redaction, that the production app must verify and process. To request earlier action, email support@wsthemes.com from an authorized business address and include the your-store.myshopify.com domain and request type.
For storefront visitors
Contact the merchant operating the store first because the merchant determines storefront technologies and purposes. The merchant may then request processor assistance from WS Themes.
Pseudonymous records
Consent records are designed around a hash derived from a random browser token, not a name, email, or customer ID. A record may not be searchable from identity alone; a consent ID or browser-side information may be needed.
Verification and timing
Reasonable verification may be requested while avoiding unnecessary documents. Requests will be handled within applicable legal timelines, subject to security, legal claims, financial records, backups, and other lawful exceptions.
