ERP & Inventory Webhook Synchronization
Protect catalog pricing against ERP and inventory feed price pushes with automated webhook guards.
When ERPs or third-party inventory managers (such as Netsuite, Brightpearl, or Katana) push product updates, they frequently overwrite the converted deposit price. WS Deposit Control listens to products/update webhooks and re-converts high-value items instantly.
Webhook Interception Guard#
The guard validates incoming ERP payloads against the active deposit registry:
- Detects changes to
variants[].price. - Computes the required deposit delta.
- Automatically writes back compliant deposit prices and updates balance metafields within 250ms.
Configuring Background Sync Crons#
For high-volume catalogs with daily ERP CSV syncs, configure automated nightly reconciliation crons from the app settings.
